Growth and Innovation
What is leadership?
This program is designed to help healthcare administrators and
physicians to answer that exact question.
Growth and Innovation provides executives and physicians with
the tools to lead with confidence and to achieve even greater
things. Participants explore leadership models, discuss the
difference between management and leadership, and learn how
to develop effective networks and physician partnerships.
Personal assessments of leadership and emotional intelligence
and peer-to-peer coaching help individuals put what they learn
into action through development and action plans. While the
majority of this program dives deep into personal leadership
growth, participants also explore key topics around innovation
and high performing teams.
