Adaptive Leadership
Adaptive Leadership is a practical leadership framework
that helps individuals and organizations thrive in
challenging environments. Adaptive leaders successfully
navigate ambiguity and complexity, lead with empathy,
learn through self-correction, and create win-win
solutions.
Participants will complete two assessments: a 360-survey
and an emotional intelligence self-assessment. Based
on their personalized results, participants will create
and work on Individual Development Plans, have access
to a 90-minute coaching session, and be assigned to
accountability groups for collaborative problem-solving.
