Leader as Coach

          This is Leader as Coach. Leader as Coach is a comprehensive
          eight-month program designed to develop well-rounded
          leaders who can make decisions, coach their teams, and
          collaborate across entities and service lines.
          The program begins with clearly defined expectations with
          participants’ direct managers and a 360 assessment to
          establish a development guide. Monthly classroom sessions
          provide best practice content, real-world application
          activities, group discussions, and action plans. Homework
          assignments that incorporate books, articles, videos, and
          online modules allow for continued learning and support
          on-the-job application.
