Our company websites allow you to easily place your orders, check your job status, request a quote and access BCT forms and
price lists. Easily upload your camera ready file or use our design online tools. Create your own Saved Designs Library for easy
reorders.
Our original template based online ordering site can be designed for use by your customer. As the single most widely used
solution for corporate stationery in North America, it is built to empower and support your business customers.

Orders can also be submitted by Email, Fax, BCT Delivery Driver (where applicable), Online portals, and US Mail. When
submitting an order by any of these methods a completed BCT order form must be included. The online systems have a
built in order form for your convenience. Please legibly provide all specifications for job submittal, i.e. Item, Stocks, Inks,
Quantity and number of sets. If emailing a file be sure to include the file name on the order form. If your order form does
not include all the above information your order may be delayed.
When faxing order forms, please be aware that transmission distortion can create problems with legibility. Handwritten
or typed copy is often much easier to read from a fax. If a business card must be faxed, please enlarge it first. Point sizes
must be indicated whenever a business card is faxed to ensure proper sizing. Faxed artwork cannot be scanned due to a
poor quality. Order form cut off time is 3:00 p.m. to ensure same day scheduling. All order forms received after 3:00 p.m.
will be scheduled the next business day. Some products require a Noon cut off time to be delivered the next day on route
(please see Turnaround Times on page 6). Same Day products must be submitted by 10am to be ready at 4pm the same day.

Our Customer Service Representatives are available to you by phone or in person between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30
p.m. Central Standard time, Monday thru Friday.
Remakes & Retaining Hard Copies
BCT stands behind the quality and accuracy of our work. If we make an error in the processing of your order, we will gladly
expedite revisions at no charge. Original order forms are stored for 30 days past the invoice date. BCT will not accept
responsibility for any errors past the 30 day time period. Please check your orders or have your customer check for accuracy
when delivered.
Customer Supplied Stock
BCT will not honor any refund or credit beyond $25.00. Some paper will cost more than the actual print cost for the job. There
is a risk involved with customer supplied stock. Certain papers do not fair well in thermography operations, have moisture
problems from their original warehouse, cutting issues, etc. If you would like to watch your order through production, we
would welcome that process to help you achieve your desired affect on that stock/paper.
Payment Terms
BCT extends payment terms to established accounts with good credit history, have filled out the credit application, signed
the personal guarantee, and will maintain a minimum purchase of $250 per month. If sufficient credit history is not
provided or available, it will be necessary to develop a payment history before credit is extended. BCT offers a credit card
feature that allows you to sign an authorization form to charge your credit card when your order is invoiced. If an account
becomes delinquent beyond 60 days, the account will be placed on hold until all past due invoices (31 days and beyond)
are paid. At which point the account may return to active status. Consistent late payments will result in credit revocation
and the account will be placed on C.O.D. or pre-payment status.
BCT accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Automatic payment plans can be established.
There will be a $35.00 charge on all returned checks. ALL PRICING IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
