Delivery Schedule
All published turnaround times are based on receipt of electronic submitted orders (fax, FTP site, e-mailed orders, officeprinting.
com, other online portals) by 3:00 pm daily. Hardcopy orders submitted with BCT drivers, please allow an extra work day. BCT is not
responsible for file transfer delays due to service providers. Some products can be produced in 24 hours, however, the cutoff time
is 12:00 noon and are ready the following day at noon. Turnaround times are based on standard business days with orders ready for
production. Turnaround times start after proof approval. BCT is not responsible for delays caused by FedEx, UPS, or U.S. Mail. Special
order stocks, specialty printing, high quantities, etc. require extra time. Delivery schedule is subject to change. Rush charges will
apply to orders needed before scheduled delivery times.
