Custom-Built Profilometers

As a solution provider in Smart 3D Imaging System, we provide custom built solution for our
customer to meet their specific measurement and inspection tasks. With our expertise in
optical engineering and computational imaging for over 40 years, we help industries integrate
new 3D Vision technology with their existing industrial automation. Each vision inspection
system is fully customized to achieve the suitable accuracy, speed and to fulfil specific task-
oriented requirement.

As specific task requires different levels of accuracy, our custom-built profilometers is
categorized in two major types based on their field of view.

• Macro Profilometers

d’Profilometer PRO provides a general 3D profile the object scanned without compromising
important details.

d’Profilometer PLUS is suitable for 3D dimensional inspection for larger object.

• Micro Profilometers

µ-Profilometer PRO provides high speed and high accuracy, suitable for inline inspection of
micro-electronic devices.

µ-Profilometer is a microscope based profilometer that provides high accuracy and stunning
details for the most demanding inspection task.
