Building Access

The following schedule will be followed next week to allow teachers an opportunity to
obtain materials from the school.

Next Two Weeks:
End of Year & Student Item Pick-Up Prep- Teachers must call Holmes to make an
appointment to enter the building. There are two time slots: 10-12pm or 12-2pm
Week of May 11 – Tuesday thru Thursday

Last day for Live Zoom lessons will be Thursday May 14, 2020
Last day for Remote Learning Assignments Thursday May 21, 2020
All Remote Learning Assignments must be turned in by Wednesday May 27, 2020

Members Present: Principal Daniels, Mack, Jacobs, Porter, Scott, Givens, and
Holmes

Wellness Check Reports – To be reported out weekly

ILT members reported out status of team members and stakeholders. We will continue
to keep each other lifted in prayer during this time and season of change.

Observation & Feedback Surveys

Principal Daniels reviewed the scores and responses from the ILT surveys given last
week to the team. Overall, the results and feedback were positive on the effectiveness
of the ILT.

iReady Usage Report – Teachers should continue to reiterate to students to monitor
their usage by clicking “My Progress” and focus on passing their lessons.
