Girl, Move The F*ck On!
Being a certain size or weight does not equate healthiness. It is all about how
you take care of yourself. Just because you see a petite person you should not
immediately feel that they are “size healthy”. You can’t always tell a person’s health
issues by looking at them. You should know what makes you feel your best. Feeling
healthy and taking care of you is what will make you “size healthy”.
I also have a friend named Leah who is a very strict vegan. Not a vegetarian, but
vegan. She explained to me for what seems like 5 hours one day what was the
difference lol. Every day that we would stop by Leah’s house she was making some type
of garbanzo bean burger on a kale bun with a million other vegetable sides. She would
never drink store bought juice or sodas (or had any for her guests, rude lol), she only
had fresh juices that she made from juicing the fruit herself. She also made milks from
walnuts and brazil nuts, so on and so forth.
My friend Leah walks for 3 miles every single morning because she says she
wants to keep her body fit and tight. She is also a yoga instructor at the local gym in our
city. Now Leah the strict vegan is 5’3 and weighs around 250lbs. How the world
ignorantly views women’s bodies Leah should be the one with the diabetes right? But it
didn’t work like that. She is perfectly healthy, just pleasantly plumped.
Leah has a great self-image of herself. She thinks that she is the sexiest and the
most beautiful woman in the world and can’t anyone tell her any different. I wish that
