A RARE PAIR OF YELLOW-GLAZED BISCUIT-CARVED VASES

212 | BONHAMS Each vase formed as an archaistic hu vessel, with lug handles and
beast-mask handles at the neck and shoulders, each side with a
reserved oval panel containing a landscape finely carved in medium
relief, a smaller landscape panel at the neck, with a diaper ground
pattern, apocryphal Qianlong seal mark to base, silver-wire inlaid wood
stands. Each: 16.5cm (6 1/2in) high (4).
