robes and beaded jewellery, her hands folded over her right knee, her
hair piled high atop her head, her face downcast in a serene expression.

The elegantly potted vessel with an incised band of keyfret at the
shoulder, with an applied chilong coiled round the waisted neck, the
mouth bulging outwards, all raised on a short foot rim. 22.5cm (8

A MATCHED PAIR OF BLANC-DE-CHINE MODELS OF QILIN
Qing Dynasty
Each modelled with a ferocious visage of a lion, the scaly dragon body
emanating flames, the fore and hind quarters terminating in the hooves of
a deer, all raised on a rectangular plinth, with a tubular holder for incense.
The largest: 34cm (13 3/8in) high (2).
