A SMALL MUGHAL-STYLE GREEN JADE
CUP
Possibly Ming Dynasty
The bombé form cup carved to the exterior
in low relief with lotus flower head meanders,
raised on a short foot rim, the stone of a
mottled celadon hue.

The flattened vessel carved in low relief with
archaistic bands of taotie masks, dragons and
key fret, flanked with a stylised dragon handle
and another coiled chilong under the short
spout, the stone of an even celadon hue with
some dark speckled inclusions.

TWO PALE GREEN JADE CUPS
17th-19th century
Comprising: a twin dragon-handled cup,
carved in relief to the exterior with a band of
stud motifs; and a lotus form vessel, carved
as a large open lotus leaf, the leafy stems
forming the handle and foot, terminating in a
lotus pod, carved wood stand.
The largest 10cm (4in) wide. (3).
