This circa 1890 tea set [above] reeks of quality and
a discerning client. Cheong Shing’s advertisement
gives an impression it is able to create or procure
special items for clients; this tea set may be of a
traditional form and decoration but there is also a
degree of individuality about it too. It has
character.
The tea and coffee ware below is a wonderful
Chinese interpretation of the last years of the
Victorian style with a hint of new things to come.
