               Each flattened vase elaborately enamelled
               with rococo cartouches enclosing scenes of
               courtiers and attendants, all reserved on a
               coral red and gilt trellis diaper ground, flanked
               with two stylised chilong handles, the lid
               similarly decorated and with a Buddhist lion
               finial.
               Each: 34.5cm (13 1/2in) high (4).

               Painted and gilt with scenes of ladies,
               gentlemen and boys at leisure in fenced,
               riverside gardens, the interior with a similar
               central figural scene within border panels of
               birds amongst blossoming trees, floral and
               geometric pattern designs.
