A CELADON JADE POUCH-FORM VASE

QING DYNASTY, 18TH CENTURY

The vase is carved in the form of a pouch tied around the opening with
a ribbon, bundled together with stalks of millet and flower, with a bat
clambering on one side. The stone is of a pale greenish-white tone with
russet and mottled inclusions concentrated on one side.
