The cylindrical body rising to a short neck and a galleried mouth, Painted in vivid cobalt blue with a riverside scene depicting hermits
painted with quatrefoil, fan and square panels containing treasured outside their retreats and a fisherman with the mountains rising high
objects, landscape views, bird and flowers, deer and cranes and sea- above them, the neck surrounded by a ruyi border, the lustrous glaze
horses, all reserved on a blue ground with scrolling lotus and vaporous covering all surfaces except the foot, the base with a double ring.
clouds left in white, the shoulders surrounded by a peony scroll and 33.5cm (13 1/8in) high
the neck with a ruyi and key-fret band.
