The cup is carved in the form of a tree section, detailed with nodules imitating
tree bark and carved in openwork with blossoming prunus fowers on extended
gnarled branches.

清康熙 竹雕鐘離權坐像
The Immortal is carved in the round with a smiling face, long beard and his hair
tied at his temples. His long draping robes are carved open at the chest, and
he is seated with one knee up and holding a fan in his hand. The bamboo is of a
lustrous rich tone.
