MING DYNASTY, 17TH CENTURY
明十七世紀 銅仿古饕餮紋雙耳活環壺一對
Each vase has twin circular handles at the shoulders, with moveable rings, and kuilong design at the
vertical lip. The neck and upper body are fnely decorated with bands of taotie masks, archaistic dragons
and lappets on a leiwen ground, with geometric blade designs extending down the rounded body.
