A CELADON JADE EAR CUP
19TH CENTURY

清十九世紀 青玉素耳杯

The cup is carved in the Han style. The oval bowl
has two fat handles projecting below the rim at
the longer sides and is carved in shallow relief
with geometric designs and key-fret to the rim.
Supported on a short ring foot. The stone is of a
pale tone with some russet/brown inclusions.

BRUSHWASHER
18TH/19TH CENTURY

清十八/十九世紀 青玉梅紋洗

The washer is carved in the form of a large prunus
fower with two birds perched on the side. The
handle and foot are formed by a long trailing stalk
with blossoming fowers. The stone is of a pale
celadon tone with paler inclusions.
