A GREYISH-CELADON JADE ‘LOTUS’ VASE
19TH CENTURY
清十九世紀 青灰玉束蓮瓶
The vase is carved in the form of a large lotus leaf standing upright and tied at
the centre with a ribbon. The foot is formed by a long trailing stalk and reaching
up one side terminating with a fower. The stone is of a light celadon-grey tone.

清十九世紀 青玉束蓮瓶
The vase is carved in the form of a large lotus leaf tied with a ribbon at the
centre. The foot is formed by a long trailing stalk terminating with a fower to
one side and a crane seated at below. The stone is of a greyish-celadon tone
with some snowy inclusions.
