19TH CENTURY
清十九世紀 白玉帶皮福壽紋桃形洗
The well-hollowed washer is carved as a large peach growing from an
openworked gnarled leafy branch bearing further peaches. The exterior is
further detailed with two bats and lingzhi fungus. The stone is of a light even
tone with cream and russet inclusions.

A PALE CELADON JADE ‘BIRD AND PRUNUS’ VASE
18TH CENTURY
清十八世紀 青白玉喜上梅梢圖瓶
The vase is modelled in the form of a tree trunk, with one side of the exterior
depicting two birds beside a fowering prunus tree. The other side is decorated
with further branches of prunus. The stone is of a pale celadon tone with some
minor russet inclusions.
