painted with a continuous landscape; an
archaistic beaker vase with taotie motifs
and lotus lappet borders; another similar
beaker vase; a pair of small beaker vases
with landscapes, fish and water weeds
and floral sprays; a beaker vase with two
cartouches enclosing Precious Objects and
Antiques, both reserved on a lotus flower
head meander.
The largest: 25cm (9 3/4in) high (6).

with Precious Objects within foliate lappet
borders; a potiche with two scenes of court
ladies and calligraphic passages, Chenghua
six-character mark to base; a ginger jar with
cartouches enclosing Precious Objects, on
a cracked-ice and prunus ground; a double-
gourd vase decorated with the cracked-ice
and prunus pattern.
