            about 30 cm tall and, decorated with delicately sprigged
            motifs, coated in monochrome and polychrome (green,
            yellow and brown) lead glazes dating to the 16th century,
            but perhaps earlier. Tradescant jars were exported to
            Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines.
