An oban yoko-e print, titled along the left
margin Omori kaigan (Omori coast) from
the series Tokyo nijukei (20 Views of Tokyo),
depicting a figure standing on the wood pier
watching two fishermen dock their boat,
other moored boats and massive bundles of
brushwood piled in front of the wood houses
lining the embankment, their faint lights
glimmering on the surface of the water, dated
Showa gonen saku (Work of Showa 5 [1930]),
published by Watanabe Shozaburo, with a
Hanmoto Tokyo Ginza Watanabe mokuhan
gaho kosaku seal along the lower right margin;
signed Hasui with Kawase seal.

seal at the bottom right corner;
