PENDANT PLAQUE
18TH-19TH CENTURY
The plaque is carved in openwork as a
stylized bat with large scrolling wings joined
by a tri-lobed bar and framing a double-
cash symbol, its body carved with a shou
medallion. The stone is of even white color.

A WHITE JADE ‘BUTTERFLY’ PLAQUE
18TH-19TH CENTURY
The plaque is carved in openwork on each
side as a stylized butterfy with fnely detailed
body and spread wings, with a fower above
the mouth and scrolling leaves fanking the
sides. The semi-translucent stone is of very
pale greenish-white color.
