recognizes the suffrage movement and makes it a priority
over all other issues. Many males and some females in
today’s society believe that women belong in a certain
sphere that only allows them to serve as wives, mothers and

homemakers. In my opinion this statement is false. We have
come a long way in the past thirty years; women are not
feeling obligated to have large families, or to even

procreate. It will be beneficial for everyone to have them
impart their particular wisdom into the male dominated
workforce and politics. If we allow them to bring their virtuous
qualities outside of the home it will keep the men in order,

and extend their sphere into business and government.
Despite women having no one from their sex in government,
no influence basically, they are still managing to slowly gain

leverage in the suffrage movement. Years of society’s
stereotypes and being treated as second class citizens have
negatively impacted women’s livelihood, and it is time for
that to change. Women’s votes will not cause our morality

and political systems to crumble; it will only increase the
amount of educated American voters.
