Switching from a wet-into-wet to a wet-into-dry technique will give you both soft and hard lines and make for a more interesting texture in the cloth. Let the background dry completely, then use a tube green to make the artificially bright color of the dress. First use a flat brush to lay in all of the base tones, then drop in a mixture of cobalt blue to make a gray green for the shadowy areas. When the green has dried, you can go over the top with another shadow color and make the shadow lay more flat. When the clothes are dry, remove the misket fluid, and then lift out any highlights with a damp, flat brush. The misket leaves a stark white line that will need to be toned down in some areas (like the hair), so you can do Page 14 of 37
