The Lord your God adore; 390 You shall go out with joy
Stand up, and bless His glorious name You shall go out with joy and be led forth with
Henceforth for evermore. 5/5 peace, And the mountains and the hills shall

Verse 1 Saviour, blessed Saviour, listen while field shall clap, shall clap their hands,
we sing; Hearts and voices raising praises to
our King : and the trees of the field shall clap their hands
and the trees of the field shall clap their hands
All we have we offer, all we hope to be, Body,
soul, and spirit, all we yield to thee. 1/5 and the trees of the field shall clap their hands
and you'll go out with joy.
Verse 2 HOME
Nearer, ever nearer, 391 Christ, from whom all
Christ, we draw to thee, Deep in adoration, blessings flow,
bending low the knee.
Verse 1
Thou, for our redemption, Christ, from whom all blessings flow,
Cam'st on earth to die; Thou, that we might Perfecting the saints below,
follow, hast gone up on high. 2/5 Hear us, who Thy nature share, Who Thy
mystic body are.
Verse 3
Verse 2
Clearer still, and clearer, dawns the light from
heaven, In our sadness bringing news of sin Join us, in one spirit join,
forgiven; Let us still receive of thine;
Still for more on thee we call, Thou who fillest
Life has lost its shadows, pure the light within; all in all.
Thou hast shed thy radiance on a world of sin.
3/5 Verse 3
Move, and actuate, and guide :
Verse 4 Divers gifts to each divide;
Onward, ever onward, journeying o'er the road Placed according to Thy will, Let us all our work
Worn by saints before us, journeying on to god; fulfil.
Verse 4 Sweetly may we all agree,
Leaving all behind us, may we hasten on,
Backward never looking till the prize is won. 4/5 Touched with loving sympathy:
Kindly for each other care;
Every member feel its share.
Verse 5 Higher then, and higher, bear the
ransomed soul, Earthly toils forgotten, Saviour,
to its goal; Verse 5
Love, like death, has all destroyed,
Where, in joys unthought of, saints with angels Rendered all distinctions void;
sing, Never weary, raising praises to their King. Names, and sects, and parties fall: Thou, O
Christ, art all in all.
