welcome and admissions center, student housing and a student center.
• $20 mm project financed in a two-phase structure with tax-exempt bonds through
Regions Bank and Stonehenge Capital utilizing State New Markets Tax Credits (NMTC).
▪ Generated 100+ jobs in Fairfield, Al.
▪ Generated $250,000 in incremental revenue
▪ Created $2.5M in equity and nearly $1M in savings versus traditional financing option
(P&I over 7 years).
