Texas College
Advised the College on $19 million financing under the HBCU Capital Loan
Program to construct/improve the following facilities during Phase I of the
Master Plan:
• Expanded & upgraded 100-seat Dining & Student Activity Center
• Increased on-campus housing options with a new 214-bed Residence Hall
• Renovated existing dormitory assets, Fair & Daniel Halls
• Added one-third (1/3rd) mile walking, fitness trails area
