CONNECT:
We come together irrespective of our diverse opinions, tongues and
tribes to bring about synergistic effect in everything we do as a group.
"And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works,
not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging
one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near."
Hebrews 10 verses 24-25
RESPECT:
There is respect for individuals and their opinions in this group. We do
not look down on anybody neither do we consider any idea from
anybody inconsequential. We hear people out and deliberate on their
opinions for possible adoption to move the group forward. There is
mutual respect in this group.
"Honour all men, Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honour the King." 1
Peter 2 :17.
TRUST:
Trust is one of the virtues that have taken us this far as a group. Afterall it
is said that there cannot be a relationship without trust. We trust
ourselves and believe that everyone has the good of the others in mind
in everything that is done here.
"A gossip betrays a confidence, but a trustworthy person keeps a secret."
Proverbs 11:13
LEARN:
There is not end to learning and nobody knows everything. For this
reason we organize trainings and attend external events to learn from
each other and from external facilitators as well.
"Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not
to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth." 2 Timothy 2:15
