WOMEN IN LEADERSHIP SUMMIT
CORE VALUES
CELEBRATE:
We celebrate each other. We celebrate milestone achievements of each
other and the group. This is done on the social media and in our
meetings. We give opportunity for people to share their achievements so
that other members can learn from them.
"And also that every man should eat and drink, and enjoy the good of all
his labour, it is the gift of God." Ecclesiates 3:13
ALTRUISM:
We put the group’s interest above individual interests. In everything we
do, we consider how it is going to be beneficial to the group first before
considering individuals. Selflessness is one of the virtues of this group.
We sacrifice our resources for the gain of others.
"Do not neglect to do good and to share what you have, for such
sacrifices are pleasing to God. 1 Peter 4:10. Just as I try to please
everyone in everything I do, not seeking my own advantage, but that of
many, that they may be saved." 1 Corinthians 10:33.
