1 Introduction
1.1 About E3 Federal Solutions
Established in 2004, E3 Federal Solutions, LLC was started by Everett Johnson, III. As a trusted advisor, E3 provides
its clients with exceptional service and high quality delivery to the Federal Government.
As a rapidly growing business, E3 provides the depth and expertise of a large business with the flexibility and agility
of a small business. E3 has established itself as a valued and reputable firm, consistently delivering extraordinary
results and continually exceeding client expectations as proven by its many awards over the years.
E3 has a foundation built on integrity, hard work, and client satisfaction. Our core values; Excellence, Accountability,
Community, Humility and Integrity (EACH-I); serve as the cornerstone for E3 and are represented through the
dedication each employee shows when working on a project.
E3 is dedicated to providing innovative and effective solutions to our government clients’ complex problems. E3’s
strong understanding of federal acquisition, contract, and program management organization (PMO) lifecycles allow
us to tailor solutions to meet client needs and exceed client goals.
1.2 Living Our Values
E3 is experiencing rapid growth through new project work, organic growth, and expansion into new service areas.
These factors have had a great effect on E3’s culture, which involves the people, clients, and work of E3. While our
culture is evolving, it must remain constant, anchored to, and defined by the way we live our values. The values are
steady and unchanging, rooted in Exceptional People | Effective Solutions | Extraordinary Results, and defined
more explicitly by EACH-I - Excellence, Accountability, Community, Humility and Integrity.
E3’s values are the default behaviors expected of you. You, as a member of the E3 team, will help to promote a
consistent culture throughout E3 when you live the values. We, as a company, have been successful and E3 has
become a great place to work because of our culture that derives from our values.
