               2  Standards and Expectations for the Workplace

               You are expected to act ethically, honestly, and with the highest standard of personal integrity at all times in the
               performance of your job responsibilities. In all situations, you are expected to conduct E3’s business in accordance
               with applicable laws and regulations.

               To ensure that we live up to the ideals exemplified by our corporate values of Excellence, Accountability, Community,
               Humility and Integrity (EACH-I), you are expected to embrace, and to strictly follow the standards described in the
               E3 Code of Business Ethics and Conduct (“Code”).
