Not keeping, using, or disclosing any material containing confidential or
proprietary information after your assignment with Nationwide is terminated,
unless authorized to do so by Nationwide.
Honoring your access privileges by taking protective measures (e.g.,
password protection) and avoiding conflict of interests, such as not abusing
your access privileges for self gain or to circumvent HR policies and
practices.
Immediately reporting any potential confidentiality breach to your assigned
Nationwide manager.
Reporting any security event to the Office of Privacy
(privacy@nationwide.com).
Acknowledgement
I have received and read a copy of this Human Resource Information
Confidentiality Acknowledgement Form and acknowledge following my
confidentiality obligations is a fundamental and important aspect of my
Nationwide assignment. Failure to comply with my obligations may be the basis
for disciplinary action including termination of my Nationwide assignment. I will
consult with my assigned Nationwide manager if I am unsure around how any
particular data or information should be gathered, maintained, shared, or
communicated.
