RE: Information and Security for Temporary Workers
At Nationwide, we work very hard to keep our commitment of privacy to our
customers, agents, and associates by protecting their data. As a Nationwide Temporary
Worker, you are expected to share this commitment and properly manage Nationwide
and information assets. Please read the information below and acknowledge receipt
with your signature
Do not send confidential information to or from your personal email account.
Do not store Nationwide information on unencrypted USB drives, in external cloud
applications, or in web-based email.
Do not use web based applications or calendars for work purposes(e.g. Google
calendar)
Do not keep, use, or disclose any Nationwide material after your employment ends.
Don’t share passwords
Do not access Nationwide systems or records without a business need to do so.

(privacy@nationwide.com or 877.289.2323) if personal information is lost, stolen, or
mishandled.
