P. 26

We and the client recognizes employees may have interests in events and organizations outside
the workplace. However, you may not solicit or distribute literature concerning these activities
during working time. Working time does not include lunch periods, work breaks or any other
periods in which you are not on duty. Because the bulletin board at each location is the client’s
way of communicating with employees, you are not permitted to post any item on a client’s
bulletin board or intranet without client’s consent.

               TELEPHONE SYSTEM

Ours and the client’s telephone system is for business use only. You are expected to keep
personal calls to a minimum. If you must make or receive a personal call, please keep your
conversation brief. Extensive personal use of our and/or client phones is grounds for
disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.

               TELEPHONE MONITORING

We and the client reserves the right to monitor calls made from or received on our and/or
client telephones. Therefore, you should not expect that conversations made on Company
and/or client telephones will be private.

USE OF PERSONAL CELL PHONES AND ELECTRONIC DEVICES

               PERSONAL CELL PHONES

Our clients may have policies relating to cell phones in the workplace. You should ask your
supervisor whether the client has a policy regulating personal cell phone use.

When using your personal cell phone, we expect you to keep personal conversations to a
minimum during work time. While occasional, brief personal phone calls are acceptable,

frequent or lengthy personal calls can affect productivity and disturb others. For this reason, we
generally expect you to make and receive personal phone calls during breaks only.

If you share office space, be sure to put your phone on silent mode. Do not take your cell
phone into meetings or interrupt a conversation with a coworker to answer your cell phone.

You may not use the recording device on your cell phone to record workplace conversations,
take pictures of confidential documents or take pictures of coworkers without their permission.

CELL PHONE USE WHILE DRIVING IS PROHIBITED
