Director's Message
Over the years, we have built a tradition of excellence at ISC Dubai. We take pride in being a school
where students work hard along a path to success, and we have the pleasure of watching them
strive to find the best in themselves and in others. As we grow nearer to the final moments of yet
another prosperous and eventful academic year, I fondly reflect on the wonderful memories we
have made.
As a team, we have accomplished so much and have come very far. We are always looking for new
ways to enhance our students’ lives because we believe that each and every student has great
potential. We seek to bring out the best in all of them. We unceasingly put our students' welfare
and happiness first, and seeing smiles on our students' faces brings true joy and satisfaction to
our hearts.
Making vast modifications to the school is one of the numerous goals we put a great deal of effort
into. Not only have we installed a new and more advanced security system that has helped us
easily solve reported incidents, but we have also replaced old buildings in the primary area with
innovative facilities and put them to further use.
Whether it is individually or as a group, we are proud to call them our students as they never fail to
amaze us and they help us reflect an outstanding image on our school. We are not merely a group
of students and teachers who meet up in different classrooms every day; we are more than that.
We have become second family to most students and staff members.
I am proud to be your principal, proud to be part of the ISC family, and proud to present to you this
Student Life Yearbook – a result of many months of hard work by students and staff members
alike. I would like to thank the Yearbook Committee for their time and dedication, and a special
thank you to our SLO® team, whose effort has led us to achieve great things.
I would also like to take this opportunity to thank our dedicated and talented teachers and
administrative staff members for the exceptional work they do every day. The faculty, staff, and I
are determined to support our students in every way possible, and I am honored to be part of a
team where our students’ wellbeing, learning, and development always come first.
Thanks to our Student Life Organization, this year’s events have been somewhat diverse and all-
inclusive. Without a doubt, the years to come will be even more successful, as our enthusiasm and
dedication continue to strengthen. I hope that through this book, you will enjoy, remember, and
relive all the incredible activities and experiences that took place this year.
Last but not least, congratulations to all of our Seniors ’18 on graduating from this milestone in
their lives. We are very proud of you. Seniors ‘18: take pride in how far you have come; have faith
in how far you can go!
Happy memories,
Hisham Hassan
