Employee of the Month
Congratulations to Laura Wood, Head of Account Management,
who has been awarded Employee of the Month for May 2019.
Laura has worked for the company for several years, initially
working in operations and then eventually moving over to
account management. She has built up excellent relationships
with both colleagues and with clients and has worked to
ensure that centre teams and account management team are
working together to reduce churn and increase client retention.
Over the past few weeks Laura has been heavily involved in
the Clients for Life training course, which is being rolled out to
all GMs, DGMs and the sales team.
“Laura is not only delivering, she is continually going above and Laura Wood
beyond what is requested. Her efforts embody everything the
