Earlier this year, you will have received information relating to LEO’s 2019
Bonus Plan and your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). While different
departments had different KPIs, we are publishing the more common KPIs
included in our incentive programme. We will be providing this information
in the LEO Standard monthly in the future. Should you have any questions
relating to our results to date please speak to your line manager in the
first instance.
