The real estate team have come out of the blocks
running in the first month of 2019, with several
current projects having recently been completed.
We are now looking forward to the projects that
are being planned for this year.

Current Projects
1 King Street: The upgrade works at 1 King Street have been
completed. There has been a terrific response from clients at the
building who are using the new spaces to great effect already.
We would like to congratulate the team at 1 King Street and all
others involved for a job well done.
1 King William Street: Following on from the success of floors 5, 6
and 7, we have now completed the fit-out of floors 3 and 4. With
the creation of more office space and a new client lounge, we
are confident that this will fill up as quickly as the original floors!

We are now finalising works on the 6 and 7 floors to create an
exciting business lounge and an improved client experience.
