Love is not rude [behave unseemly]

Love is not easily angered [is not

provoked] irritated, upset, or angered

by things said or done against it.

It does not hurt, anger,

or cause hard feelings.

Love keeps no record of wrongs

[take things into account] to calculate;

enter into a ledger a permanent record

of past hurts. It forgives and holds no grudge.
