BLUE
Blue is a colour that can help us to fnd inner peace and calmness in our lives. It is the colour of water, sea and clear skies. Water helps us to feel calm and supported, allowing us to go with the fow of life. Visualizing yourself foating in the sea will very quickly allow you to experience more calmness and peace.
Two very important aspects of the colour blue are trust and communication. Trust – and, in particular, trust in self – allows for successful expression of emotions and therefore good communication. Surrounding your work or study area with the colour blue induces calmness,
clarifes your thinking, and supports vocal and written communication.
It is no coincidence that all social media use blue in their logo.
Blue also represents loyalty, protection and faith. Introducing blue into your wardrobe will help you feel at peace, serene and calm and allow you
