1) Glucocorticoid antagonist  mifepristone

Mifepristone  pharmacological antagonist of Glucocorticoid and
progesterone antagonist

 Use  medical abortion and rarely in Cushing syndrome

2) Mineralocorticoid antagonist  Spironolactone

Spironolactone  pharmacological antagonist of mineralocorticoid
receptor

 Use  aldosteronism + hypokalemia due to other diuretics

Synthesis inhibitor

Ketoconazole

Block fungal and mammalian Cyt P 450 enzyme

 Use  inhibit mammalian steroid hormone synthesis and
fungal ergosterol synthesis.
