This is why the gospel is so important to God! — why he wants
us to live it everyday of our lives. Just look at all that it gives us. It
doesn’t require any ‘work,’ except to just believe it, receive it, and
live it, which gives us all of God’s BENEFIT, BLESSINGS, HEALTH
and PROSPERITY!
That’s why the gospel is profound
in stating that we must believe in
God’s Messenger, Jesus, and in his
Message, the gospel. His goal is to
bless us beyond anything we can
think or imagine.
Then confess it as Jude says: “The proclamation of my faith
becomes effective when I acknowledge every good thing that is in
me in Christ.” Our confession attracts others, and it causes us to live
better by accident than we ever could on purpose.
“We believe and thus we speak.” — “As a man thinks in his
heart, so is he.” This is why Jesus says to only believe and live his
gospel. It is the power of God in us (Rom 1:16). It is the seed of
God in us that then causes good things to grow from us (Col 1:5-6,
Gal 5:22-23). This is how God performs the good work in us he
has begun (Phil 1:5-6).
Paul says our gospel belief will judge our secret beliefs (Rom
2:16), and Jesus will return in the sky to judge those not living his
