2018 WRISOD Employee Engagement
Strategy Program

During the last period shift 3 supervisors were covering all
themes that closely monitoring by WRISOD management which
are Employee Recognition & Appreciation, Career Discussions,
Open Communication, and Building Trust and provide
appropriate support. Furthermore, Employee Engagement
Survey for 2018 was briefed for all shift 3 members including
dates, it's purpose and urge their for
the survey participation with
honest responses and ensuring
anonymity of responses as survey
administration is done by a third
party. Now our main goal is
Engagement Survey effectively as
critically important for the Company
to achieve our corporate vision and
strategy. You are requested to
participate in A Corporate
Engagement Survey which will run
02 December until 23 December
and It will contain 51 short
questions. The survey will take
between 25 you 30 minutes in any
Language, the questions are stimulating particularly the ones
that assess the culture, the safety, and the organization
health
