Employee engagement is a process designed to ensure
that employees are committed to organization’s goals
and values, motivated to contribute to organizational
success, and are able at the same time to enhance their
own sense of wellbeing.
Research shows a well-established connection
between employee engagement and performance
outcomes, including higher productivity, safety,
profitability and improved employee wellbeing and
increased loyalty.
Saudi Aramco uses a survey that measures the key
‘drivers’ of employee engagement, which is externally
benchmarked with organizations inside the Kingdom,
across the oil & gas industry and with high performing
organizations. This key driver analysis and
