Employee Engagement is the global standard for
measuring employee sentiment. The Employee
Engagement Survey is our primary mechanism for
gathering feedback to identify needed actions that
help make Saudi Aramco an even better place to
work. It is important that employees provide honest
and candid input.
The survey is anonymous: it is not possible for Saudi
Aramco to trace responses to individual participants.
The survey will be sent to employees via the Blue
Survey Team without any employee identifiers. The
results are compiled and analyzed by a third-party
vendor. If fewer than eight employees within an
organization respond to the survey, their responses
will be rolled up into the next level of the organization
to protect their identity.Saudi Aramco: Company General Use
