Chief Operating Officer Chief Operating Officer
As your Chief Operating Officer or COO position I’ll provide the leadership, management and
vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting
procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow to scale for the organization and to ensure financial
strength and operating efficiencies. I will accomplish this through a respectful, constructive and energetic style,
guided by the objectives of our company.
As COO, I will work in a senior management/executive officer role within your private real estate development
company and operations to toward scale on your core business and all its vertcially intergated divsisions. As and
experienced operational Executive it will be at its core to oversee our organization’s ongoing operations and
procedures and be responsible for the efficiency through technology to standerdize, centralize and optimize the
business while not inundating the CEO during day to day operations and saving cash flow for the P&Ls.
As a key member of the senior management team, reporting only to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), I’ll have
to maintain control of diverse business operations, so are expectations are aligned following your directive and to
deploy and mobilize with my technical and soft skill set. Assisting as directed for the human capital present and/or
recruting and always buildning the business acumen with exemplary work ethics from the collective to execute
against the firms vision. The goal is to secure the functionality of all business drivers to create extensive and
sustainable growth within the drivers through simple operational adminstrivia SOP’s.
I have substantial experience working with capital in connection with acquisitions and financing of real estate assets
and institutional lenders that originate loans. Having the academic credentials and real estate operating company
experience, my business experience can be converted into client relationships and substantial experience running
operations with minimal oversight. With my experience with leasing, financing, construction and environmental
matters with my strong academic credentials and excellent research, writing and oral communication skills from a
Board room of Executives right to the front line is a core skill set I have.
Maintaining relationships with the company’s Clients, Investors and Bankers, and perform other ad hoc projects as
requested. This role has high visibility reporting directly to the CEO and in direct contact with a board of directors if
one exists.

As such, you can expect from me the following duties:
The responsibilities of the position will include, but not be limited to:
1. Long term strategic operational planning
2. Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
3. Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
4. Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
5. Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)
6. Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
7. Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
8. Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance
9. Assist CEO in all fundraising ventures
10. Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)
11. Manage relationships with partners/vendors as CEO see’s fit
Qualifications and Qualities I have:
1. 25 yrs Broad based Real Estate exposure in commercial real estate.
2. Ability to meet deadlines
3. Experience working with all types of investors: UHNW, Family Offices, PE, REITs
4. Experience managing the monthly operational transactions of a large private and or public companies
5. Experience with fast-paced high growth companies.
6. Proven experience as COO
7. Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Legal, Capital, Marketing etc.
8. Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
9. Experience in fundraising and my enitre portfolio of contacts will be made accessible to us
