Welcome to the
Confidential
2018 is nearly upon us and with the arrival of the New Year comes a
new Confidential Reporting service for business. Our service is open
to all industry sectors and will provide subscribing members with further
reinforcement of their own risk management systems. Indeed, our service is a
bolt-on to an organisation’s internal arrangements but is designed to sit outside of
the company so as to provide an independent mechanism that ensures there is every
opportunity that an internal concern, whether safety, health, human relations or any
other matter is not left unattended. The alternative channel is strictly confidential
and the identity of the person making the report is never shared with the company
or any other party for that matter. The service allows inside issues to step outside
momentarily, in the strictest of confidence, and then are channelled back inside via
CallConfidential with the purpose of finding a solution to the concern raised.
This magazine will help promote the service, and also as time moves on and
we gather more statistical data and hear more cases, we will be developing
an “Exchange & Learn” cross industry platform via our publication
and web site. We are always looking to improve what we do, so
always invite helpful suggestions and ideas and these can be
shared with us at theconfidential@callconfidential.
