After every contract negotiation cycle with the various employee groups, the Human Resources Department works
with union representatives to update the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for each bargaining unit. These
MOUs are made available on the Human Resources Department Labor Relations website.

This website provides a listing of recognized representatives, the corresponding contract terms, applicable Tentative
Agreements, as well as negotiation summaries for each employee group.

Employees may contact their departmental Human Resources professional for general questions regarding the website
and the information available. Questions regarding the interpretation of MOU provisions can also be referred to the
departmental Human Resources Professional or to the corresponding union representative.
